Prior to founding Occidental Group in 2020, Ragnar Oelsner worked in real estate development at Redsky Capital in New York City, where he served as an asset manager on more than $2 billion of high-profile development projects across Brooklyn and South Florida. His experience spanned acquisitions, development execution, and asset management across complex urban environments.
